1. Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of dumpster box and agree to additional charges if the dumpster box contains unacceptable materials.
  2. Do not load over the top or sides of the container.

  3. Customer is liable for all damages to the container while on their job site. Cost of damages will be charged back to Customer.

  4. Customer is responsible for any fines, impounds or costs incurred from state, county or city jurisdictions while container is on customer job site.

  5. Customer must call for pick up.

  6. Customer is responsible for having a clear and accessible path for servicing containers. If a box is un-accessible or not ready for pick up, a $150.00 trip fee will apply.

  7. Southern Dumpsters requires a window for delivery up to 24 hours from the time order is placed, however, same day delivery is available.

  8. If driver has to unload the container (due to excessive over loading, or to remove prohibited materials) the customer may be subject to a $50.00 labor fee. 

  9. Customer is responsible for overweight loads which may result in DOT fines, and court cost

  10. Overweight fees are $75 per additional ton over allowed
